Responsibilities Manage SAP pre-sale and implementation project governance, including refining business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, driving process and organizational changes, and resolving issues through troubleshooting and root cause analysis Evaluate existing customer systems to pinpoint areas where SAP solutions can add value Create and modify SAP Solution-specific functional requirements, identifying necessary IT and business enablers from initial customer concepts to final implementation blueprints Assist with account planning to help define customer vision in line with solution scope Establish and maintain architecture governance and methodologies to promote consistency and effective communication across the SAP architecture landscape Engage in the customer lifecycle as a core member of the account team Design and integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains Lead or contribute to the development of target architectures and customer roadmaps, ensuring they align with SAP offerings Present innovative ideas to address unique customer challenges Foster strong relationships with customers and support the EPAM sales team during solution discovery sessions Keep up to date with SAP product advancements and the current SAP solution portfolio to inform customer roadmaps Estimate the effort required for process improvements, organizational changes, SAP technical configuration,
