MC WILSON CORPORATION, (company behind Gringo, Tokyo Bubble Tea, Honeybon cafe, Tatatito and Kaokee) is looking for a Shift Supervisor to be assigned in Greenhills, San Juan City.
Location: Greenhills, San Juan
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business course or equivalent
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 2-5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Restaurant Food Service
- Applicants must be willing to work in San Juan
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the daily operations of the store.
- Lead store in achieving performance targets.
- Implement programs to improve the overall efficiency of store operations.
- Manage people and serve the training & coaching needs of subordinates
- Responsible for the control of operations' expenses & food cost
QUALIFICATIONS
- Have strong leadership and maturity to lead the team
- Have good floor management skills.
- Have good customer service skills
