About the Role
We’re currently undergoing a brand refresh and elevating our content, and we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who truly understands brand vision and style. Our visual identity is rooted in vintage aesthetics inspired by the American Wild West , and we’re looking for someone who can bring that world to life in a modern, performance-driven way.
This is a part-time role to start, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position as we scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand looks and feels across advertising and content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-impact ad creatives for paid social, digital campaigns, and promotions
- Create on-brand graphics aligned with our vintage Wild West visual identity
- Perform photo touchups, retouching, and editing
- Develop creative assets for marketing, web, and social channels
- Translate brand vision and creative direction into strong visual executions
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to refine creative concepts
- Maintain consistency across all visual outputs
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance insights
Nice to Have
- Experience working on brand refresh or rebrand projects
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
- Familiarity with performance marketing creatives
- Illustration skills that complement vintage-style brandin
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio (advertising work is a big plus)
- Strong sense of branding and visual storytelling
- Ability to design within a defined aesthetic (vintage / American Wild West-inspired style)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience with photo retouching and editing
- Strong attention to detail and visual polish
- Comfortable working part-time with clear communication and ownership
