- Preparation of technical sheets of new equipment and/or machinery.
- Ensure the significant characteristics of the process in their responsibilities.
- Develop and update standard operation manuals for processes.
- Continuous improvement, proposing and leading continuous improvement projects, using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen,
- Process Analysis, evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate and analyze the causes of deviations in processes and products, proposing corrective and preventive solutions.
- Develop process flowcharts and map them.
- Generate periodic reports on the performance of the processes and the improvements implemented them.

*Ihr Profil*

- Knowledge in mechanical presses and hydraulic presses; set up, functions and dyagnosis.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, statistical control and process design.
- Knowledge in GD&T; and draw interpretation
- Knowledge in stamping process with transfer tooling and progresives.




- Knowledge of rules and regulations applicable to the specific industry.
- AMEF dominance
- Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
- Ability to perform statistical and data analysis.
- In-depth understanding of industrial and engineering processes.
- Ability to identify problems in processes and develop effective solutions.
- Effective communication, ability to explain technical concepts and collaborate with different departments.
- Knowledge in Wintriss (smartpack)
- SMED

Develop and implement efficient and sustainable machinery and/or production stamping processes. Optimize and improve production stamping processes within the plant, ensuring that quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. The Process Engineer works collaboratively with other departments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, reduce costs, and increase productivity without compromising product quality.
