What you'll do:

- Lead a wide range of talent profiles, from Go-To-Market (Customer Success , Sales, Marketing)
- Partner with stakeholders to consult and become trusted advisors on all aspects of hiring
- Be a talent magnet - someone all talent wants to connect with
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience - ensuring every interaction reflects our customer-obsessed mindset

What you have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- a must
- 5+ years of experience recruiting with further experience in GTM roles from medium to high scale hi-tech companies.
- Experience in global recruiting, including hiring for the US market
- Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
- Proven experience conducting in-depth behavioral interviews
- Ability to influence stakeholders by providing data-driven insights
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership

Bonus Points:

- Previous experience with Greenhouse
- Advanced Proficiency with AI tools
