You'll work

, helping shape campaigns, ads, and creator strategies across multiple brands.
The Role
We're hiring a
Creative Strategist
who combines
strong aesthetic taste
with a
performance mindset
.
Your job is to:
- Find and propose winning creative ideas
- Understand
why
certain visuals and stories hook people
- Translate ideas into
clear, actionable tasks
for editors, designers, and creators
- Coordinate execution and iterate based on results and founder feedback
This is not a pure design role.
This is not a branding-only role.
This is a
creative performance role
where aesthetics are used intentionally to stop the scroll and drive action.
What You'll Do
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Research winning ads, hooks, and visual styles across Meta, TikTok, and competitors
- Propose new campaign ideas, creative angles, and storytelling approaches
- Present ideas to the founder and adapt them based on what's working and what's not
- Continuously suggest new concepts to test, not just execute existing ones
Aesthetic Direction & Attention-Grabbing Creative
- Apply strong visual judgment to:
- first frames
- pacing
- on-screen text
- storytelling
- Understand how aesthetics, emotion, and clarity combine to hook an audience in the first seconds
- Balance visual quality with speed and iteration — knowing when to polish and when to ship
Translation to Execution (Core Responsibility)
- Turn ideas into
clear, practical briefs
for:
- video editors
- graphic designers
- content creators
- Break campaigns into:
- concepts
- variations
- hooks
- formats
- Ensure the creative team always knows
what to produce, why it matters, and how it should look
Creator & Micro-Seeding Campaigns
- Help plan and coordinate
micro-influencer and micro-seeding campaigns
- Brief creators with clear angles, hooks, and visual direction
- Ensure creator content aligns with both aesthetic standards and performance goals
Creative Coordination & Feedback
- Coordinate daily work with editors, designers, and creators
- Review creative output and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Keep projects moving without bottlenecks or confusion
Performance Feedback Loop
- Review creative performance signals (CTR, hook rate, retention, fatigue)
- Use results and founder input to propose iterations and improvements
- Help build a repeatable creative testing and production process over time
You're a Fit If You:
- Have
2+ years experience
in creative strategy, content, paid ads, or social-first marketing
- Have
strong aesthetic taste
and understand what visually engages people on social platforms
- Think in hooks, first frames, emotions, and storytelling
- Understand performance marketing fundamentals and why ads convert
- Are comfortable coordinating multiple creatives and creators
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English
- Prefer fast execution, clarity, and iteration over perfection
- Enjoy working closely with a founder and iterating based on direct feedback
