Overview of the Role

The Java Backend Developer will serve as a full-time problem solver, combining deep technical expertise, innovative thinking, and independent problem-solving skills to tackle complex backend development challenges. This role demands a versatile developer ready to master the Java technology stack and drive technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with software development teams to gather requirements and ensure best practices.

- Designing, implementing, and supporting solutions for application development, security, analytics, and performance management.

- Conforming to industry and security coding standards, adhering to fortify scan and other security tool review requirements.

- Conducting code reviews for junior team members and participating in peer code reviews to maintain coding standards.

- Running test scripts to ensure quality delivery.

- Resolving code issues with urgency.

Requirements:

- Java Experience: 4+ years of Java development

- Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases

- Architecture: Experience with Microservices and Cloud technologies

- Algorithms: Advanced algorithm knowledge

- Infrastructure:



IT infrastructure understanding

- Methodologies: Intermediate Agile management skills

- Best Practices: Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and scalable solutions

- Design: Proficiency in Design Patterns

- Development: Experience developing entire applications from scratch

- Testing: Experience with automated tests and CI/CD pipelines

- Version Control: Strong experience with version control systems

- Language: Advanced English level
