Job Description

We are looking for a Video Producer to own the creation of high-performing video content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

This role is focused on producing:

- Short-form social content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
- Long-form videos (YouTube, LinkedIn thought leadership, investment explainers)
- Paid advertising creatives optimized for conversion

You will be responsible for turning raw footage, interviews, and property shoots into polished, performance-driven video assets aligned with a premium investment brand.

What You Will Do

- Create short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social ads
- Produce and edit long-form horizontal videos for YouTube and LinkedIn (property tours, founder content, investment insights)
- Edit raw footage into platform-optimized formats (aspect ratios,



captions, hooks, pacing)
- Develop multiple cuts and variations for A/B testing ads
- Collaborate with marketing on content strategy, campaigns, and launches
- Maintain a consistent, high-end visual identity across all social channels
- Stay up to date with social video trends while maintaining a professional, trust-first tone

Who You Are

- 2+ years of professional video production experience (mandatory)
- Strong portfolio with examples of social media content, ads, or branded videos
- Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and retention
- Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Experience in real estate, luxury, finance, or high-ticket products is a strong plus.
