What You'll Do

Legal Research & Case Support

- Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing matters
- Gather, analyze, and organize case-related information
- Maintain clean, well-structured case files for seamless preparation
- Document Preparation & Management
- Draft, review, and format pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
- Prepare affidavits, exhibits, and trial support materials
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across documents

Coordination & Communication

- Communicate clearly with attorneys, clients, and legal stakeholders
- Track deadlines, court dates, and deliverables
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and case milestones
- Administrative & Case Management Support




- Manage digital filing systems and case management software
- Maintain correspondence logs and case status updates
- Support attorneys with day-to-day legal operations so they can focus on strategy

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a
Paralegal
supporting U.S. legal teams
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and court systems
- Hands-on experience with legal research and case management tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple deadlines
