About the Company
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to lead partner engagement and accelerate product sell-out across distributors, resellers, and retailers in the LATAM region. In this role, you will design and execute strategic channel programs, manage MDF (Marketing Development Fund) investments, and deliver impactful partner marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, maximize ROI, and strengthen Cooler Master's market presence.

Responsibilities
- Drive sell-out growth from distributors to resellers, retailers, and system integrators (SIs).
- Develop and manage channel marketing programs — including bundles, incentives, MDF campaigns, shop-in-shop activations, training, and toolkits.
- Execute partner-facing campaigns and retail activations to boost brand visibility, conversion, and engagement.
- Track and report key KPIs such as sell-out volume, program participation, MDF ROI, and partner adoption.
- Manage and optimize the MDF budget with clear ROI accountability.
- Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with key partners to ensure long-term success.
- Provide market and partner insights to Sales and Product Marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales on distributor reorder planning and execution to achieve shared business goals.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience:
5+ years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or partner marketing, preferably within consumer electronics, IT hardware, or similar industries.
- Proven success in managing MDF budgets, measuring ROI, and executing retail/channel activations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or small teams is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of distributor and reseller ecosystems and retail execution best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English
