2x Technical Recruiters
to join our team. One to focus on the local U.S market, and one to focus on the LatAm market.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter.

You will be responsible for everything except sourcing.

This includes:

- Scheduling and meeting with software engineering candidates
- Matching them to our open job offers
- Managing your new and existing pipeline
- Meeting with our leadership team to present candidates
- Submitting candidates to clients
- Using our ATS system
- Providing feedback

The role requires a strong focus on maintaining a positive candidate experience, strong professional judgement, and achieving hiring targets efficiently.

Qualifications





- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
- Strong professional judgement with regards to software engineering quality
- Strong skills in Recruiting, and Hiring processes
- Fluent English Communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Familiarity with hiring for technical roles in industries such as tech or engineering is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Compensation & Commitment

- $1500 USD per month
- 40 hours per week
