We're looking for a REMOTE
Marketing Generalist (Semi Senior)
with a
hands-on
profile to work across two initiatives:

- A
B2B technology/services business
focused on lead generation
- An
early-stage web application
focused on launch and initial growth

This role is for someone who
executes, measures, and optimizes
, not just someone who "thinks about strategy."

What you'll do

B2B Technology / Services

- Support the creation and execution of
B2B outbound campaigns
via cold email and LinkedIn
- Help define ICPs and targeting with input from leadership
- Build prospect lists and messaging tailored to different segments
- Test and refine outbound sequences based on performance data
- Work closely with sales to improve outreach quality and handoff

Early-Stage Web App / Digital Product





- Define and validate
ICP and value proposition
- Execute the
initial go-to-market
- Create landing pages, copy, and
email onboarding flows
- Activate acquisition channels (organic + low-budget paid)
- Track key metrics: signups, activation, and early retention

What we're looking for

Experience

- 3 to 6 years in digital marketing / growth
- Proven
hands-on execution
experience (not just coordination)
- Background in
B2B, SaaS, startups, or digital agencies

Core skills

- Intermediate/Advanced english
- Content marketing & copywriting
- On-page SEO and keyword research (practical level)
- Email marketing and automations
- Landing pages (WordPress)
- Google Analytics / conversion metrics
- Funnels and user acquisition

Nice to have

- Paid ads with small budgets
- Experience launching digital products
- No-code tools (Zapier, Webflow, Framer)
