Role Overview

We're looking for a
Senior Animation Designer
who uses motion as a
primary storytelling tool
to explain product workflows, automations, and outcomes — not as decoration.

Responsibilities

- Design animations that explain product behavior and value
- Translate complex systems into clear visual narratives
- Reduce cognitive load through timing and hierarchy
- Collaborate closely with UX and Webflow teams
- Support animation QA and implementation

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in motion or animation design
- Strong experience explaining complex systems visually
- Background working with product or tech teams
- Strong narrative thinking and timing control
