Solution Train Engineer (Argentina)

Solution Train Engineer (STE) to oversee and enhance our delivery capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of leadership, technical proficiency, and a passion for agile methodologies to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive improvements in flow and throughput, focusing on team performance and efficient ways of working.

Foster operational proficiency by measuring, teaching, and coaching on our operating model, DevOps, SAFe, and Agile methodologies.

Utilize delivery data to protect the team and assist with optimal team and work design.

Maintain and prioritize a continuous improvement backlog for the teams within the solution train's scope.

Lead planning and iteration execution, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery.

Manage and resolve dependencies, issues, and bottlenecks that may impact delivery.

Provide transparency into the backlog, team maturity, performance, and health.





Be accountable for the effectiveness and performance of the delivery team, including STEs, RTEs, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Coaches.

Collaboration is key to the success of this role, as the Project Manager will work closely with various teams, including CTE Portfolio Leaders, CTE Competencies , and Program Execution. By fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication among these stakeholders, the Project Manager will ensure that assessments are conducted efficiently and that insights gained from the evaluations are effectively integrated into our engineering processes. The adecuado candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and a commitment to continuous improvement in engineering practices.
