Responsibilities and more:

Sensible connects software to unstructured data, enabling businesses to extract structured information efficiently. Our goal is to allow computers to handle large volumes of data while humans focus on critical thinking and empathy. Founded in 2020, Sensible serves customers in financial services, insurance, real estate, and logistics. We developed SenseML, our deterministic document query language, and leverage LLMs to create accurate document extraction workflows. Sensible is fully distributed, with most team members in the United States and some in South America.





We are hiring a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to lead customer implementations, provide support, and write configurations leveraging SenseML. The CSE team is part of the Go-To-Market team and works closely with engineering for product feedback initiatives. This role requires strong technical skills and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities:

* Become an expert in SenseML and methods built around LLMs.

* Collaborate with the sales team to scope and build POCs.

* Manage new customer onboarding for a smooth first experience.

* Support existing customers with technical issues and educate them on platform usage.

* Gather and prioritize customer feedback to improve the product.

* Work with engineering to develop new LLM-driven approaches in SenseML.

Requirements:

* Comfortable with technical concepts and reasoning about code.

* Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with executives, engineers, and operations agents.

* Proactive, able to prioritize work independently.

* Highly detail-oriented and customer-focused.

* Experienced in customer-facing roles with strong empathy.

* Clear and concise communicator, fluent in English.

Nice to have:

* Experience working with APIs.

* Experience at a startup.
