We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, , AWS, ECS, React Native, Terraform, and Fastify to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our healthcare staffing platform, collaborating closely with product, design, and sales teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will directly influence the scalability, performance, and success of our core products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver end-to-end product initiatives, from system architecture to final implementation.

- Develop and maintain robust full-stack web and mobile applications within a monorepo environment.

- Ensure code quality through thoughtful design, testing, and peer reviews.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver features.

- Optimize system performance and reliability on AWS ECS infrastructure.

- Contribute to DevOps practices using Terraform for infrastructure as code.

- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.





Must-Have Qualifications:

- 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

- Proficiency in TypeScript, , React Native, and Fastify.

- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS ECS.

- Strong understanding of Terraform and DevOps workflows.

- Demonstrated success working in agile, fast-moving environments (startup experience preferred).

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.

- Fluent in English (B2 or higher).

- A great sense of humor and positive team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with healthcare or marketplace platforms.

- Familiarity with microservices and scalable architecture patterns.

- Previous leadership or mentorship experience in an engineering team.
