Summary

We're looking for a reliable
Project Manager
to lead ongoing digital marketing and web projects across multiple clients.

This role is idóneo for someone who has worked in a
digital marketing agency
and understands fast-paced, multi-client workflows.

Responsibilities

- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously (websites, marketing campaigns, ongoing task queues)
- Coordinate across designers, developers, media buyers, and stakeholders
- Build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and clear priorities
- Ensure deadlines are met, and quality stays high
- Communicate clearly with internal team members and clients
- Track progress and surface risks/blockers early
- Help improve workflows, SOPs, and overall project efficiency

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Agency experience is a strong plus
- Background or hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, CRO, web builds, content, etc.)
- Strong organization, communication,



and follow-through
- Comfortable with project tools such as:
- ClickUp / Asana / Monday / Trello (or similar)
- Slack
- Google Docs / Sheets
- Able to work independently, take ownership, and drive outcomes
- Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

- Experience managing WordPress / WooCommerce / Shopify projects
- Understanding of performance marketing workflows (Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, reporting)
- Experience working with remote teams across time zones
