Responsibilities
- Handle inbound traffic from client acquisition channels (phone, SMS, social media, email, etc.);
- Organize and manage leads in the client's calendar in a cohesive and efficient manner;
- Be available to answer lead questions whenever necessary.
Requirements
- Experience: Customer service or call center experience;
- English: Fluent;
- Communication: Clear and professional;
- Organization: Ability to manage deadlines and materials efficiently;
- Availability: U.S. business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with animals (veterinary clinic, pet shop, etc.);
- Previous experience as an English teacher;
- Technical knowledge of marketing, buyer's journey, and sales;
- Familiarity with the RingCentral tool.
