Location & Schedule

- Contract Type: Contractor (B2B)
- Location: 100% Remote (Latin America)
- 7-hour workday, 1-hour lunch break

About the role

We're partnering with a FinTech / B2B SaaS company building an AI-powered "CFO-in-a-box" platform for startups and scale-ups.

The product helps founders and finance leaders deeply understand their financial health — from burn & runway to cash flow and accounting accuracy — in a data-heavy, trust-critical environment.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is:

- financially literate
- data-first
- comfortable working with very hands-on, demanding stakeholders
- obsessed with accuracy, clarity, and product quality

What you'll do

- Own and drive the product roadmap for an AI that helps workers in the financial sector

- Translate complex finance concepts (burn, runway, cash flow, accounting logic) into:

- clear product requirements
- functional specs
- high-quality user stories

- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams on technically complex features

- Partner directly with a highly demanding, detail-oriented client, gathering requirements and pushing back when needed
- Ensure decisions are data-driven, correct, and consistent — edge cases matter
- Collaborate on UX and product design to deliver premium-quality financial experiences
- Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → validation → iteration
- Communicate progress, risks,



and trade-offs clearly to internal teams and senior stakeholders
- Continuously improve usability, trust, and clarity across the product

What we're looking for

Experience & knowledge

- Strong background as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS
- Experience with data-heavy or analytics-driven products
- Solid, practical understanding of:
- burn rate
- runway
- cash flow
- basic accounting principles
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage demanding clients or stakeholders
- Strong track record translating complex logic into clear, actionable requirements
- Experience working closely with engineering on technically complex systems

Skills & mindset

- Financially confident — numbers and metrics don't scare you
- Data-first mindset, with a very high bar for correctness
- Excellent communicator (technical & non-technical audiences)
- Calm, confident, and assertive under pressure
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
- Comfortable working fully remote, in distributed, multicultural teams
- Familiar with Agile practices (Jira, Confluence = plus)

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or similar
- PM / Agile / Business Analysis certifications are a plus, not a must
