Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of a complex, product-led website redesign where UX, animation, and experimentation (A/B testing) are core to the experience.

This role is the single owner of delivery, responsible for timeline, quality, focus, and decision flow.

Responsibilities

- Own the delivery roadmap, milestones, and work-back plan

- Lead project kickoff and onboarding

- Coordinate senior UX, animation, and Webflow teams





- Run client syncs and internal scrums

- Control feedback loops, scope, and approvals

- Ensure readiness for live launches and A/B testing milestones

- Act as a delivery quality gate before scaling solutions

Requirements

- 6+ years managing complex digital or product projects

- Strong experience working with design-led teams (UX, motion, dev)

- Proven experience with fixed deadlines and live launches

- Ability to make trade-offs and take ownership of decisions

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
