The Opportunity

We're looking for a
Finance Manager

who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll be the financial backbone of our operations, ensuring accuracy while supporting our aggressive expansion plans. This isn't just number-crunching—you'll be a strategic partner helping drive our next phase of growth.

What You'll Own

Financial Operations Excellence

- Master our QuickBooks system and maintain pristine financial records
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable
- Handle complex marketplace revenue recognition across multiple channels
- Calculate COGS for our inventory-heavy business model
- Deliver monthly financial presentations to our executive team

Cash Flow & Strategic Planning

- Update cash flow forecasts weekly to support rapid growth decisions
- Track omni-channel margins and analyze profitability by platform
- Conduct P&L; and balance sheet analysis with actionable insights
- Support financial analysis for new product launches and market expansion

Cross-Functional Partnership

- Support customer service with payment solutions
- Assist with vendor and contractor agreements
- Communicate with lenders, investors, and financial partners




- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

- Certified Bookkeeper
- Ecommerce & inventory experience

- you understand COGS in a product business

- Amazon marketplace & Shopify expertise

- our main revenue channels

- Cash vs accrual accounting mastery

- critical for our business model

- Multi-currency/multi-territory experience

preferred

Bonus Points:

- CPA certification or access to CPA for financial reviews
- Experience with high-growth consumer brands
- International tax compliance experience
- QuickBooks advanced certification
