As of today, we are looking for a decent person with some solid Ruby experience to join our team

You should be passionate about:

- User experience and goal-directed design
- Current Elixir best practices
- Style, presentation, and design

You should be strong on all of the following:

- HTML/CSS – not a web designer,



but extremely good at implementing markup
- Javascript – Webpack
- Ruby on Rails – at least 2 years of working experience
- Performance optimization, SQL tuning, caching strategies
- Ability to own projects end-to-end

Bonus skills:

Client-side MVC (e.g. React, Ember, Stimulus, or Angular)

- Other languages/frameworks (e.g. Python, , Go)
- HTML5 fanciness (e.g. WebSockets, components)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS e.g. S3, EC2)
- Docker
- DevOps or infrastructure knowledge
- Having founded your own startup.
