DevOps Engineer (Azure DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines) (Argentina)

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure using Azure DevOps. This role requires strong expertise in automation, security, networking, and application deployments across multiple Azure environments, including virtual machines and private AKS clusters.

The idóneo candidate combines hands-on DevOps engineering skills with a solid understanding of cloud networking and modern application development workflows, along with strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for multiple application stacks.
- Create, manage, and maintain YAML-based pipeline configurations to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments.
- Implement and enforce branching strategies, approval gates, security policies, and DevOps governance.
- Design and manage multi-environment deployment workflows (Dev, QA, Stage, Production) with controlled promotions.
- Build and maintain deployment pipelines for:
- Azure Virtual Machines (VMs)
- Private Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters
- Ensure secure and reliable deployments to Kubernetes environments.
- Configure and manage networking components, including DNS, load balancers, routing, and firewalls.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into applications built with:
- ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET Web APIs
- Angular
- React
- Flutter (mobile applications)
- iOS / Android development workflows
- Optimize build times, release cycles, and environment configurations to support agile delivery.
- Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot build and deployment issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage secrets and configurations securely using Azure Key Vault and pipeline variable groups.
- Stay up to date with Azure DevOps best practices, security standards,



and emerging DevOps technologies.
- Implement CI/CD security best practices, including artifact versioning and dependency scanning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
- Proven hands-on experience writing YAML pipelines.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including private clusters.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, DNS, routing, and security concepts.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines for:
- Flutter
- iOS / Android
- ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
- Angular
- React
- Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and versioning practices.
- Understanding of release management, rollback strategies, and zero or minimal downtime deployments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex build and deployment issues across multiple technology stacks.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, for technical communication and collaboration with international teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
- Knowledge of Azure security best practices, including RBAC, Managed Identities, and Azure Key Vault.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
- Relevant certifications such as:
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Azure Administrator
- Azure Solutions Architect

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
