Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate team. In this role, you will develop visually compelling marketing materials and manage engaging social media content to support property listings, branding, and promotional campaigns. The idóneo candidate has a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively with brokers and marketing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital advertisements.

Develop branding assets in line with company guidelines.

Support property listings and promotional campaigns with high-quality visual content.

Collaborate with the marketing team and Commercial Real Estate brokers on creative initiatives.

Social Media Management

Create, manage, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Monitor social media performance and analytics, optimizing content for engagement and reach.

Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to enhance brand visibility.

Required Qualifications:





Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with graphic design and marketing platforms such as Canva, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and trends.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate practices and tools (e.g., CoStar, ) is a plus.
