Argentina

The Marketing Automation Specialist role sits within the DevOps Department, which supports all marketing and data teams through technology, automation, and systems infrastructure.

This position is a
technical, execution-focused role

responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting the automations and systems that power client operations. You will work hands-on inside CRM platforms, integration tools, and tracking systems to ensure campaigns run reliably and data flows cleanly across platforms.

Media Optimizers is a performance-driven agency that depends on scalable, compliant, and well-structured technical systems. Unlike marketing strategy or CRO roles, this position focuses solely on the systems that enable those functions — CRM automations, triggers, integrations, and data pathways.

The idóneo candidate has strong technical curiosity, excellent problem-solving ability, and experience working across CRM and automation platforms to create efficient, reliable workflows.

Responsibilities

Automation & CRM Execution

- Build, update, and maintain CRM automations, workflows, triggers, and pipelines.
- Configure and maintain CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot) according to technical requirements.
- Implement automation logic that supports lead routing, tagging, lifecycle status updates, notifications, and follow-up sequences.
- Support campaign operations by ensuring all system triggers and sequences fire reliably.

Integrations & Technical Systems

- Build and maintain integrations between CRMs, ads platforms, and internal systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Create and maintain Zapier, Make,

or custom integrations to support operational workflows.
- Work with tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversion API) to ensure events fire correctly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across integrations, CRMs, and automation workflows.

Data Flow & System Quality

- Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure clean, accurate, and properly formatted data flows between systems.
- Identify repetitive processes that can be optimized or automated.
- Document workflows, integration maps, and internal processes to support clarity and consistency.

Compliance

- Ensure all automations follow U.S. and international compliance guidelines (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).
- Support proper opt-in, opt-out, and consent management across SMS and email systems.
- Follow internal best practices for data handling and segmentation.

Requirements

- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience

in marketing automation, CRM configuration, or systems integration.
- Experience with automation tools such as
GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier, Make

, or similar platforms.
- Working understanding of
APIs, webhooks, JavaScript tracking

, and CRM automation logic.
- Knowledge of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data-privacy standards related to SMS and email communication.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate technical workflows into clear notes or diagrams for team members.
- Fluent in English and available during U.S. business hours (remote role).
