Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with an Argentinian law degree and a strong interest in the legal field to join our team as a Legal Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support to attorneys and legal teams by handling a variety of administrative and case-related tasks. This is a remote, contract position with the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Case Management Support:

Assist attorneys with organizing case files, preparing necessary documents, managing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient case progression.
- Client Communication:

Serve as a key point of contact for clients by gathering case details, scheduling appointments, providing case updates, and addressing general inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Document Preparation and Research:

Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and perform thorough legal research to gather and analyze information, summarizing findings for attorney review.
- Administrative and Scheduling Support:

Handle intake calls, respond to emails, manage attorneys' calendars, schedule appointments, and oversee general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Founding Team:

Mentor and train future Argentina team members once established and serve as a local ambassador of AAS culture and values.

Qualifications

- Professional Experience (3–5+ Years):

Brings at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in legal, paralegal, or administrative case management roles.



Demonstrates familiarity with legal workflows, document handling, client communication, and task prioritization in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting litigation or personal injury cases is a strong advantage.
- Law Degree (LL.B. or J.D. equivalent):

Holds a recognized law degree from an accredited Argentinian university. Demonstrates a solid understanding of legal principles, procedures, and terminology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in supporting U.S. personal injury and civil litigation practices.
- Proficiency in English and Communication Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication in English (at least C1 level), capable of handling phone calls and professional correspondence. Must effectively communicate with remote teams, manage multiple projects, and interact kindly with customers.
- Technical and Organizational Skills:

Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and skilled at navigating various communication tools like video chats and email. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in using case management software and VOIP software is a strong advantage.
- Detail-Oriented and a Self-Starter:

Demonstrates a high level of accuracy in work and prior experience in customer service or similar roles, with the ability to figure out and problem-solve on your own.
- Remote Work Readiness:

Available for 40 hours/week to work the client's expected schedule (usually 9am-6pm), with a reliable computer, stable internet, and quiet work appropriate environment.
- Independent and Organized Professional:

They have the ability to work on tasks independently without supervision,



having a good understanding of what client expectations are and foreseeing job duties. Having a sense of how to organize and make efficient multiple concurrent tasks.

founding class

that defines our standards, builds our local culture, and sets the foundation for future success. Because this team will serve as both future mentors and leaders, we are seeking exceptional professionals who demonstrate:

Onboarding Schedule

While this role is a remote role, this being the founding cohort will require some in-person onboarding. Below you will see our expectation for your first few weeks with AAS:

Week 1: Introduction (Dec 29–31, 2025)

- Monday, Dec 29: In-person kickoff with Sam Hauser (HR)
- Tuesday, Dec 30: Remote onboarding classes
- Wednesday, Dec 31: More remote onboarding classes
- Thursday, Jan 1: Holiday (no work).
- Friday, Jan 2: Light check-ins, no full workday.

Week 2: In-Person Training (Jan 5–9, 2026)

- Full in-person training week (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) in Buenos Aires.
- Sessions with Ian Grady (CEO) and Eduardo (Senior Trainer).
- Deep dive into workflows, case management tools, and PI processes.

Week 3: Advanced Training (Jan 12–16, 2026)

- Continued in-person training with Ian and Eduardo.
- Focus on leadership, quality control, and team mentorship.
