POSITION:
Implementation Manager
FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED (advanced oral)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
An Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the practical execution of installation projects and initiatives within an organisation. They bridge the gap between strategic planning and presente implementation, ensuring that projects are completed on time, manage subcontractor teams and site engineers to achieve targets and daily progress and plan to achieve goals.
The position for IM of wireless project is regarding hardware installation (not software), manage teams on field and manage on site activities
Experience in telecommunications wireless infrastructure projects, crews, contractors, field work is required.
Coordination of tasks for project execution in the field.
Physical implementations of infrastructure interaction.
Achieving objectives according to stipulated deadlines.
EDUCATION:
Prefered Electronic Engineer or techniccian / Civil work engineer
REQUIREMENTS:
4 years on implementation projects (Telecomunication - Construction)
- knowledge of wireless technology
- Experience in design and monitoring of projects and services throughout their entire process, ensuring their preparation, scheduling, coordination, and supervision. - - Particularly adept at interacting with internal and external clients to interpret requirements and needs.
- Experience in Telecomunication companies
- Work in Telecom so know the business
- Experience in project management and teams management.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, organization, manage multiple tasks at once, and make quick decisions.
AVAILABILITY:
- On-site schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., (Retiro, CABA)
- Willingness to travel.
- Driver's license.
