Business Development Manager (Talent Pool)
About this role
You will create top-of-funnel pipeline for enterprise and mid-market, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings that convert.
What you’ll do
- Own outbound: ICP definition, list building, sequences, cold calls, social selling.
- Qualify inbound with structured discovery (BANT/MEDDICC).
- Partner with AEs on territory & ABM plays; book high-quality meetings.
- Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline influence in CRM.
What you bring
- 2–5 years in BDR/SDR/BDM for B2B solutions.
- Sequencing tools (Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot) & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- English B2+ mandatory. Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
- Resilience, experimentation mindset,
crisp written/oral comms.
Nice to have
- Experience booking for US time zones; multi-market messaging.
Location
Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote/hybrid.
