Sales Operations Specialist (Talent Pool)
About this role
You’ll operationalize the go-to-market engine: data, processes, tooling, and reporting that help leadership make decisions and reps sell more.
What you’ll do
- CRM ownership (Salesforce/HubSpot): objects, fields, automations, hygiene.
- Forecasting & dashboards; pipeline, conversion, and cohort analysis.
- Territory, quota, comp plan support; quote-to-cash and CPQ coordination.
- Process playbooks, enablement assets, and governance.
What you bring
- 3+ years in Sales Ops/Rev Ops.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets; BI (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) desirable.
- English B2+ mandatory.
- Project management & stakeholder alignment across Sales/Marketing/Finance.
Nice to have
- CPQ/billing (Zuora/Chargebee), data enrichment (ZoomInfo/Clearbit).
Location
Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote/hybrid.
