What you’ll do as a Customer Service Associate?
1. Respond to all customer inquiries.
2. Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
3. Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
4. Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
Requisitos
Who are you?
1. An intermediate English,
an advance French, and Spanish speaker.
2. An empathetic, responsible, and proactive person.
3. Someone who’s a good listener and likes helping others.
