The Challenge You're Facing: As an experienced ESL teacher living abroad, you know the frustration of constantly hunting for new clients, unpredictable income, and managing admin, marketing, and payments while balancing multiple platforms and student sources.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality ESL instruction to adult students from Europe, Asia, the Middle East,
and South America
Deliver up to 30 guaranteed teaching hours weekly
Use provided teaching materials; no late-night lesson planning required
Coordinate with dedicated support for student acquisition and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (any field)
Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification
6+ months teaching/tutoring experience
Native English speaker from USA/Canada/UK/Ireland/Australia/New Zealand
Currently based in Central/South America or South-East Asia
Clear criminal record
Excellent communication skills
Technical Requirements
Computer: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz+ (4 performance cores, 8 CPUs), 8GB+ RAM
Internet: 20+ Mbps upload/download with LAN connection
Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
Backup power: UPS with 4-5 hour capacity (if in regions with power interruptions)
Environment: Quiet, well-lit teaching space
