Are you a motivated cold caller who thrives on results and wants to control your earnings? Hubzone Depot is looking for driven individuals to set meetings with Diversity Supplier Directors for our Spotbuy program. We offer versátil part-time roles, high commissions, and the chance to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to Diversity Supplier Directors.
- Deliver pitches and set up qualified meetings.
- Track your calls and appointments in HubSpot.
- Follow up on leads to keep the pipeline strong.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of cold calling experience, with a track record of success.
- Strong communication skills and resilience.
- Motivated by commission and results.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus (training provided if needed).
- College degree a plus, but not required.
What We Offer:
- 13000 to 22000 (ARS) per hour based on experience.
- 30000 (ARS) for every qualified meeting (with the right decision-maker and genuine interest in Spotbuy).
- Flexible part-time hours: 40-80 hours per month.
