Overview
Work Schedule: Full-time (~40 hours per week, 8 hours/day, aligned with U.S. business hours)
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing healthcare division.
The BDR will focus on generating new business opportunities by connecting with clinic owners and operations managers, scheduling discovery calls, and supporting the sales process.
This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in outbound outreach, understands the healthcare landscape, and is motivated by measurable growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to clinic owners and operations managers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, text, and cold calls.
- Discovery Call Scheduling: Book qualified discovery calls with prospective clients for Carl to engage and close.
- Pipeline Management: Track outreach efforts, manage CRM data, and ensure a consistent flow of quality leads.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with Carl and the marketing team to align outreach efforts with strategic goals.
- Reporting: Monitor KPIs, report on performance metrics, and continually optimize outreach effectiveness.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years working as a BDR, SDR, or cold caller, ideally within the U.S. healthcare industry or digital marketing agencies.
- Outreach Expertise: Proven success using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold-calling techniques to generate qualified leads.
- Language Proficiency: C2-level English fluency, both spoken and written, is required.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, outreach automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented, persistent, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
