Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
Language: Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2).

You will succeed if you value clear processes and can:Source and contact potential applicants who fit the search criteriaRead and respond to LinkedIn messages promptlyPublish job posts on various recruitment platformsScreen applicants and advance them through the pipelineConduct interviews and organize interview notesKeep ATS and department admin folders up to dateComplete and submit reports and metricsPerform other administrative activities related to the roleProjects may include only some of the listed functions, as well as additional ones not listed here.RequirementsC1/C2 English writing and speaking skillsAt least 3 years of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably remoteGraduate (or soon to graduate) with a college degreeA quiet home office with a desk and chairStable internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps uploadA laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, 50GB free disk space,
