You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of writers and designers to create original illustrations, and potentially animations, for use across the client's website, primarily illustrating their blog posts, with adaptability for mobile, social media, and digital ads.ResponsibilitiesDeliver quick, iterative design updates based on feedback.Create custom illustrations across various styles for internal approval (no AI-generated final art).
Include references of lifestyle illustrations as needed.Explore and develop multiple ideas simultaneously, including compositions with graphics and typography.Apply responsive design best practices.Collaborate effectively with writers and designers.Integrate feedback and adjust designs as needed.QualificationsProven track record in illustration,



supported by a portfolio exclusively showcasing your illustration work.Experience with composition, typography, and graphic design.Ability to deliver quick, iterative design processes; adaptability and creativity in presenting multiple options is essential in an early-stage startup environment.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in the creator, influencer, or talent management space is strongly preferred.Animation or motion design skills are a plus.Self-motivated, proactive, excellent communication skills, and team-oriented.Ability to work in fast-paced environments, ideally with experience in startups, problem-solving, and prioritizing tasks effectively.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Toptal by 2x.
