creating impactful and innovative solutions for their clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an AI Agent Development Specialist.
The AI Agent Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI agents to perform various tasks.
Daily responsibilities include researching and implementing AI algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, testing and validating AI models, and continuously improving AI agent performance.
The specialist will also be involved in documenting development processes and providing training and support to stakeholders.QualificationsExperience in AI development, including designing and implementing AI algorithmsProficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar languagesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processingExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in product design and development is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fieldObjectiveAccelerate the design,



development, and deployment of AI-driven agents to support marketing automation, event scheduling, and customer engagement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement AI agent workflows for marketing scenarios.Optimize prompt engineering for accuracy, efficiency, and reduced hallucinations.Develop structured output formats (e.g., JSON) for integration with enterprise systems.Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Events, CSA) and external vendors to scale agent capabilities.Conduct performance tuning and ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.Required SkillsStrong experience in LLM-based agent development (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar).
Expertise in prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques.Familiarity with API integration and structured data formats (JSON, XML).
