As an expert, you will bring deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of planned maintenance elements in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment.
You will manage teams comprising technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations staff.
How You Will Contribute
Partner & enable line leaders to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability & morale (SQCDSM)



targets for the lines and participate in daily management system meetings at shift and line level.
Own the technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment and process, maintain a deep technical mastery, and own progressive maintenance (PM) systems and KPIs for the line(s) along with centerline management systems; own the repairs & maintenance budget for the line(s).
Develop, own and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans; build team capability to execute them independently; lead PM processes at line level and some at department level.
Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; manage change control, localization of spares, breakdown analysis and R&M; cost reduction; represent the department/line(s) as the site technology owner in regional and general forums.
Assist in VSU for new initiatives, enable the VSU team, benchmark, reapply, and serve as subject-matter expert on a component category while training staff on PM topics.
What You Will Bring
Advanced knowledge of AM (Autonomous Maintenance)



and PM (Progressive Maintenance) at steps 3 & 4, and the ability to maintain dedicated equipment independently with execution of AM & PM standards and TPM tools.
Capability to lead a line role: qualify, coach, and develop next-level SWP owners, and drive common improvement areas using the PDCA cycle.
Capability to work as a line leader: develop and align goals and master plans, deploy IDPs, coach performance, and support career development of team members.
