We are looking for an HR Generalist for our team in Medellin.
The role includes:Supporting the full cycle of recruitment for various roles, including entry-level positions;Liaising with legal and accounting departments to ensure all legal processes and documentation are handled promptly;Managing the complete HR administration cycle, including creating and updating contracts and personnel files, maintaining databases and internal systems, processing sick leave and other leave types, documenting disciplinary and other meetings,



and updating policies and procedures;Understanding staff needs and acting as a support function;Updating internal procedures in line with operational changes;Supporting studio employees with HR-related matters;Developing proposals to improve job productivity and efficiency;Building meaningful relationships with staff to facilitate communication and information sharing;Participating in HR department projects;Scheduling and communicating medical examinations;Managing medical leave processes, including validation, reimbursement, and record-keeping;Processing social security affiliations and related paperwork.Qualifications include:6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources;Higher education or professional training in HR or a related field, or last-year students;Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level (written and spoken);This is a site-based position requiring availability to work at our location in Canning, Ezeiza Shopping Las Toscas.
