You'll be able to experience firsthand the substantial influence your contributions will have on our company's growth and success.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to architect and design scalable AI systemsResearch, evaluate, and integrate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure we are utilizing the most innovative and recent technologies in the marketOversee the deployment and maintenance of AI solutions using a stack that features Python, LLM libraries,



AI third-party services, and AWS servicesDefine and implement best practices for AI system architecture, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainabilityAdapt quickly and efficiently to the rapidly evolving technological landscape, ensuring our AI solutions remain cutting-edgeDevelop a holistic vision for the application of AI, fostering and enhancing its use across the entire IT teamCreate and promote best practices, training programs, and frameworks to facilitate rapid adoption of AI technologies by all teamsRequirementsA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field7+ years of experience with Python programming language, LLM frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex), and interactive data apps (Streamlit,



Gradio)Extensive experience with Docker and container orchestrationProven expertise in applying scalability patterns (caching, parallelism, routing, asynchrony, decoupling, etc)Deep familiarity with Architecture for LLM Applications and Prompt Engineering techniques/patternsExperience with DevOps best practices, including version control (Git), infrastructure as code (IaC), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)Extensive experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectivelyDesirable experience with evaluation and observability of generative AI applicationsFluent English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this positionWhat we offerRemote work: work from anywhere or one of our offices around the globe!
