About the Role:



Sales Account Executive
You'll work with different lead categories, such as:
Inbound Leads - Almost all of our business comes from
Archived leads marked as lost — revisiting them with a tailored plan (e.g., a customer declines a one-time service, but you return with a more appealing monthly subscription option).
Geographic targeting — focusing on specific cities where building route density creates opportunities.
Post-service follow-up — offering ongoing subscription plans after a customer's first service.
In-between services — upselling quarterly or bi-annual spray treatments as "top-off" visits when our team is already in the area.
Your communication will represent the TurFresh brand, so fluency in English, warmth, and persuasion are essential.
What We're Looking For
Fluent English:



Advanced C1 (preferred C2) written and spoken.
Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in consultative or solution-based sales.
Strong Communicator: Skilled in calls and chat; quick at building rapport.
Persistent & Resilient: Comfortable following up multiple times and handling objections.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
CRM & Software Knowledge: Experience with CRM platforms (GHL preferred) and booking systems (Jobber preferred).
Tech-Savvy: Confident using MS Teams and other communication tools.
Availability: Must work during U.S. business hours (Pacific or Central Time).
