About the client
Our client, a U.S.-based law firm, is seeking a Legal Receptionist/Clerk to join their team.
The firm manages a steady flow of legal matters and values professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency in providing excellent support to clients and attorneys.
About the role
As a Legal Receptionist/Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for clients and legal partners, managing phone communications and handling basic administrative tasks.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional in client interactions.
U.S. Law Firm Experience Is Preferred But Not Required.
What you'll be doing
Manage calendars,
schedule appointments, and assist with reminders.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and file management.
Support the intake manager and legal team with day-to-day tasks.
Escalate urgent matters to the appropriate team member when needed.
Provide excellent customer service with a calm, professional demeanor.
Answer and make phone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring clients feel supported.
Who are we looking for?
1+ year of experience in administrative, receptionist, or clerical roles; law firm experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn case management or CRM tools.
Professional phone etiquette and strong attention to detail.
