You'll work with a high-performing nearshore development team focused on delivering scalable, secure,



and reliable backend applications for mission-critical domains.
This is a great opportunity for a developer who enjoys building with modern technologies, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in writing clean, tested, and maintainable code.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop backend services and enterprise-grade software solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including mobile, QA, DevOps, and product managementWork on SDKs that integrate into Android and iOS apps, as well as related backend microservicesOptimize relational databases and write performant SQL queriesParticipate in the full development lifecycle, including TDD, CI/CD, and code reviewsWrite unit and integration tests to ensure quality and maintainabilityMaintain documentation and adhere to version control best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on performance and stabilitySome Must-Haves:5+ years of experience as a Software EngineerProficiency in Python, JavaScript,



and ReactExperience developing for Android (preferably also iOS)Familiarity with SDK development or contributing to mobile apps via embedded SDKsStrong understanding of relational databases and SQLExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automation toolsSolid grasp of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and modern testing practicesAbility to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first teamExcellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbalWhere We're Looking For It:Latin America Open to 100% Fully RemoteOther InformationThe work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it.
