A bit more about this role:The Customer Service Representative will support the Customer Service Department by providing excellent, efficient, and consistent customer support across all channels.
You will work in an entrepreneurial environment where we continually learn what customers need and develop better ways to serve them.Eligibility RequirementsBilingual in English and SpanishHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust not have had any disciplinary actions regarding attendance, conduct and/or performance in the past 90 days, and must not be approaching such actionAvailable for the following shifts, scheduled for 5 days per week from Monday-Saturday:5:00am-2:00pm PST6:00am-3:00pm PST7:00am-4:00pm PST8:00am-5:00PM PSTHigh speed Wi-Fi connection of at least 100 Mbps, wired with an ethernet cord and backup internet sourceMinimum of 1 year of experience handling inbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume call centerResponsibilitiesCustomer service support for our stores:Phone line coverageMonitor ticketing system and participate in resolution of issues for assigned case typesAssist customers with order and return inquiriesAssist with general customer service tasks,
