Opportunity
We're launching a world-class Learning Management System (LMS) to centralize onboarding, compliance, and ongoing education across our global teams in the U.S., Argentina, Colombia,



and around the world.
As our LMS Administrator, you'll own the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of this platform through Talent LMS.
You'll collaborate with HR, IT, Marketing, Operations and each firm department lead to ensure that every team member—from new hire to senior attorney—has the resources, structure, and clarity to grow.
What You'll Do
Serve as system owner for the firm's LMS (Talent LMS)
Partner with HR and Training leads to build onboarding pathways, certification programs, and skill-based curricula
Upload, organize, and maintain course content (videos, SOPs, templates, quizzes)
Manage user roles, permissions, and reporting dashboards
Track completion metrics, identify gaps, and suggest content improvements
Troubleshoot user issues and liaise with the LMS vendor's support team
Support firmwide initiatives for knowledge management, compliance, and leadership development
What You Bring
At least one year of experience administering an LMS (TalentLMS, Trainual, LearnUpon, Moodle, Absorb, or similar)




Strong organizational and analytical skills
Comfort working cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Legal Operations
Tech-savvy mindset (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, data dashboards)
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
