and operational tasks.
The adecuado candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and experienced in executing digital marketing tasks.
You'll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain a consistent digital presence, and support the team in driving marketing efforts.ResponsibilitiesAssist with general virtual assistant tasks such as calendar management, email handling, and document preparation.Update and maintain content on the company website (WordPress or similar CMS).
Track, organize, and analyze lead data using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Support marketing campaigns including email outreach, social media scheduling, and performance tracking.Monitor marketing KPIs and help prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.Research tools, trends, and strategies to improve digital marketing efforts.Qualifications3+ years of experience in virtual assistance, digital marketing,



or a similar administrative support role.Proven experience updating websites and coordinating marketing projects.Strong attention to detail and the ability to self-manage in a remote environment.Proficiency with CRMs (preferably HubSpot), Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Comfortable with data entry, performance tracking, and report creation.Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt to different brand voices.Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
