Overview
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Event & Webinar Coordinator to help us bring our brand to life—online and in person.
This is a part-time role, adecuado for someone studying marketing or communications, with 2+ years of startup experience and a passion for creating meaningful experiences.
You'll collaborate across teams, travel for key events, and be part of a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute in-person events with partners across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina, from GANTT planning to logistics, vendors, and on-site execution
Organize monthly webinars for current clients, leads, and partners, owning the flow—from agenda to promotion
Manage all event logistics: venue scouting, vendor negotiations, travel coordination, timelines, and budget tracking
On-site responsibilities may include handling live communications, serving as MC, and ensuring smooth operations
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design event branding and materials, pitch prospects or speakers, and create pre- and post-event content
Align every event with business goals—bringing energy, structure, and new ideas to the table
Serve as the go-to person during events to ensure seamless execution and a top-notch attendee and partner experience
Conduct post-event evaluations to understand what worked and how to improve
Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, speakers, vendors, and attendees
Qualifications
Current marketing student or recent graduate with a strong academic record
At least 2 years of experience in startups or fast-paced environments
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Flexibility to travel and manage events outside of regular working hours
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
