Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML solutions.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define and prioritize AI projects.
- Drive rapid proof-of-concept development for AI initiatives.
- Mentor your team and foster continuous learning.
- Take ownership of ML projects with state-of-the-art solutions.
- Research and design new solutions and complex architectures.
- Proactively propose new tools, solutions, and methodologies.
- Ensure project scalability and robustness.
- Manage cross-team communication and planning.
- Participate in team hiring.
What You Have
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles.
- Strong Python proficiency and familiarity with Machine Learning libraries.
- Hands-on experience in applied ML projects.
- Advanced experience in NLP and LLMs.
- Practical knowledge of microservices and third-party AI API integration.
- Experience with monitoring applications in production and code versioning (Git).
- Advanced English.
- Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile.
- Required tools: Python, Docker, SQL, Git, AWS, OCI, Azure or GCP.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MLOps.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Diffusers) or AI Agents.
- Prior experience leading larger teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
