This is your chance to shape the creative vision of a category-defining brand during a critical growth phase.The ChallengeWe are seeking someone to build and manage our entire creative system from ideation to execution.
This role requires both hands-on creative skills (video editing, graphic design, copywriting) and strategic thinking (angle development, performance analysis, systematic testing).
As we scale, we need creative work that maintains high quality and efficiency while supporting increased ad spend.

Successful performance in this role will open opportunities to build and manage a creative team.What You'll OwnCreative System DevelopmentBuild a comprehensive creative testing framework and strategy from the ground up.Establish systematic angle testing methodology with proper tracking and analysis.Create standardized processes for ideation, briefing, production, and feedback loops.Develop tools and systems to accurately track creative performance variables.Hands-On Creative Production (Initial Focus)Execute video editing, graphic design, and copywriting to establish quality standards.Create high-converting static ads optimized for various platforms.Transform existing UGC content into ad-ready assets with strategic enhancements.Ideate and script new video concepts and handle post-production editing.Set and achieve monthly creative output targets that support scaling goals.Strategic Analysis & OptimizationCollaborate with the media buyer to analyze ad performance data.Identify winning angles, formats, and messaging through systematic testing.Provide strategic feedback and direction based on performance insights.Stay current with social media trends and competitor activity to integrate relevant ideas into strategy.Build and manage a creative team after systems are established and proven.Hire and oversee creative coordinators, editors, and copywriters to scale output.Coordinate with UGC creators and provide strategic direction for content creation.Develop team processes that maintain quality while increasing volume.What We're Looking ForCore Skills & Experience3+ years in performance marketing creative strategy for D2C brands.Proven experience building creative systems and processes at scale.Experience with beauty or wellness brands is strongly preferred.Portfolio showcasing performance-creative work including copy, design, and video editing.Technical CapabilitiesProficiency in video editing and graphic design for performance-focused creative.Copywriting abilities for ad concepts and creator briefs.Experience using creative management tools and analytics platforms.Smart use of AI tools while maintaining authenticity and avoiding over-dependence.Understanding of platform-specific creative requirements (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.).




Strategic ThinkingData-driven approach to creative strategy and testing.Ability to identify and leverage cultural and social media trends.Experience with funnel optimization and offer testing coordination.Understanding of brand consistency while maximizing performance.Work Style & CharacterStrong project management and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.Drive to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.Attention to detail in personal and team work.Capability to manage multiple contractors and team members as the team grows.Ability to provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback.What Success Looks LikeMonth 1-2: Deep dive into brand identity, product benefits, customer personas, and competitors; review asset library and audit past creative performance; establish a systematic creative testing framework.Month 3-4:
