Lincoln requires substitute teachers for their Substitute Teacher Roster.
This includes on the spot subbing for unplanned absences, as well as subbing for longer periods of time during teacher planned leaves of absence.
Here's a bit about how our substitute positions work:
Substitutes can be called to cover planned or spontaneous absences.
Spontaneous absences are usually notified with little advance notice, generally one day before or very early in the morning on the day in question.
Being on the substitute list helps us get to know you better for longer substitute positions when the need arises.
Hiring is done through registration with AFIP using CUIL and DNI.
Payment is in Argentine pesos.
Education:
BA in related fields, Argentine teaching degree valued.
Languages:
Advanced to Native fluency in English & Spanish preferred.
Qualifications -The position requires the following:
Minimum 3 years of successful experience teaching Spanish in Elementary School grades is valued.
Flexibility to work with different grade levels (ages 4-17).
Subs can specify preference in grades/ages.
Excellent interpersonal skills which allow candidate to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other administrators
Work hours:
7:45-4:15 daily Monday through Friday.
Availability for unplanned and planned subbing.
