Job Title: Executive Assistant lATAM
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST), with flexibility, requiring 8 hours of work per day.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to act as the right hand to the hiring manager, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and task management. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain clear and concise daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a disciplined approach to task and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Task Coordination: Organize and manage all communications, including emails, text messages, and business reports.
- Shadow Support: Serve as a proactive shadow to the hiring manager, ensuring no tasks are overlooked and playing cleanup if necessary.
- Data and Reporting: Collect, compile, and manage all necessary data for report generation, ensuring clear and concise delivery.
- CRM Tools: Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage and streamline communication and task tracking.
- Problem Solving:
Address operational challenges with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role is required.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to demand and manage data accurately.
- Tools: Background in using CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Attributes: Discipline, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to task management.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with reporting tools and advanced data management systems.
- A strong background in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Familiarity with Sports Betting industry
